Service 04

  • Training teaches frameworks and skills, then people return to business as usual. We facilitate your team through their toughest live challenges, so they build capacity while solving real problems. The learning is embedded in their actual work, not separate from it.

  • It depends on the service. The Leadership Capacity Diagnostic is a half-day. Executive Partnering can be ongoing monthly. Board and team retreats range from single sessions to series over 6-12 months. Growth Labs typically run 6-12 months for deep transformation.

  • Both. Some work happens virtually, but we're on-site for key sessions, retreats, and critical moments where presence matters. We design the right mix based on your needs and the depth of work required.
